Jenifer McLelland, RN, CHPN
Executive Director
Jenifer is charged with the responsibility of the overall management of all aspects of Life Touch. She administers Life Touch consistent with the established Mission, values, goals, policies and procedures through providing leadership, strategic direction, and vision for the development and achievement of the Mission. Jenifer has over 20 years of nursing experience, the majority being in Geriatric Care and Hospice Care. She previously served as Home Care Coordinator and Case Manager RN.

Shonda Ratliff , RN, CHPN
Clinical Coordinator
Shonda serves as the coordinator for all Clinical operations at Life Touch Hospice. She provides support to nursing staff and her first priority is to equip the organization to provide the highest quality of care possible to our patients and their families. Shonda has more than 15 years of nursing experience, over 10 of which have been at Life Touch Hospice. Shonda previously served as Case Manager RN, Quality Coordinator, and Home Care Coordinator.

Abby Alphin, LSW
Counseling Services Coordinator
Abby is a social worker and provides direct care to seriously ill patients and their families. She also provides clinical supervision to social workers and chaplains. Abby brings a wealth of experience working in long term care, and geriatrics to her current position.

Lacie Hill, RN
Quality, Compliance & Education Manager
Lacie joined Life Touch in 2017. She previously served as Case Manager RN for the Homecare Program in the El Dorado office. She oversees and monitors our quality/compliance program to ensure we provide optimal care and services. Lacie also coordinates the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program by maintaining an on-going comprehensive assessment of the quality of care and services provided by the hospice program. She is committed to continually improving the quality of care and services provided to patients and families within our communities.

Tyler Turner
Outreach Coordinator
Tyler Turner is responsible for developing and coordinating outreach programs to increase the awareness of the services provided by Life Touch Hospice. He is also responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive education plan explaining the hospice benefit to referral sources and the community.
